1. The program
Giraffy Academy is a 13-week, live, instructor-led AI training cohort delivered over Zoom with a private cohort community. Enrollment grants one seat in the cohort named at checkout, all live sessions, session recordings, weekly build reviews, the capstone program, and certification upon completion.
2. Payment
The program fee is the USD price shown for your selected cohort at checkout, paid once through Stripe. Your seat is confirmed when payment completes. Prices may change between cohorts; your paid price is locked.
3. Refunds
Full refund if requested within 7 days of your cohort's start date - email academy@giraffyreach.com or message us on WhatsApp with your enrollment email. After the 7-day window, seats are committed and fees are non-refundable, because cohort seats are limited and reserved for you. If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you choose a full refund or a seat in the next cohort.
4. Recordings & materials
Session recordings and materials are for your personal use. Redistributing, reselling, or publicly posting them is prohibited and grounds for removal without refund.
5. Certification
Certificates are issued to participants who complete the capstone project and final demo. Attendance alone does not guarantee certification.
6. Community conduct
Be professional in the cohort community. Harassment, spam, or solicitation results in removal.
7. Disclaimer
We teach skills and provide market intelligence and outreach support; we do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific career outcome.
